Town Report

 

In the Selectmen’s Report  the town value, appropriations and commitment for tax collection is as follows:

 

 

The Health Board’s Report was new to the annual town reports.  Notice that the board urged  the town to build a complete sewer system. The new school on High Street did have a sewer running down hill along High Street. The school was supplied with public water.

Treasurer’s Report for 1894 included borrowing to build the new school and payment of bills for the school building.  Following the Treasurer’s Report see detail of school building costs and town miscellaneous accounts.
